As all of our personalised gifts are made to order, please allow a sufficient turnaround for your gifts to be personalised, dispatched and delivered, we aim to dispatch within 3-5 working day (subject to your timely agreeing the design mock up) if you require something urgently, please contact us and we’ll help if we can.
Delivery can be made direct to yourself, or the recipient of the gift and includes a gift card if required. We use Royal Mail second class for all of our FREE UK gift deliveries, and International Standard, for our customers ordering gifts outside the UK. Quicker postage options are available, as an extra, calculated by the weight of the item as we strongly believe in fair postage fees for our customers.
Please note that due to the fact that our products are personalised and produced to order we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges unless faulty.
After payment I will send a mock up of the design to approve, so please check your messages regularly. If I get no response from you after 2 days of trying, I will sew the item & ship it. This purchase cannot be cancelled once I have started to sew, as this is a personalised product. It can only be returned if I have made a mistake in the design AFTER you have agreed the mock up.
If you purchased in error, or changed your mind, I will refund you less any non-refundable fees I have been charged
